Why do the same old Christmas dinner as you have done every year, set a new bench mark and make your christmas party one to remember, turn up the heat and get your team working together to produce a twist on a classic Christmas dinner and give them an event to remember. We will provide a fully functioning pop up cookery school in any UK location complete with christmas hats and the Turkey!
You’ve seen the program on TV now it is your companies turn to take part in this fun and creative Christmas cookery team building event. Teams will go head to head to produce a tasty 2 or 3 course Christmas lunch or dinner to enjoy eating together. Will you lead like Jamie Oliver, Rick Stein or Gordon Ramsey?
To begin our event host will welcome guests and divide the group into teams, (unless prepared team lists). Each team will be cooking a 2 or 3 course meal using raw seasonal ingredients and recipes from our exclusive archives. Our chef will demonstrate knife handling skills, health and safety and a cookery demonstration to include technical aspects of the dishes. Each team will be responsible for all aspects of their dishes; this will have to include a classical Christmas themed table setting with all the trimmings and serving each other.
When dining each group will then judge and score what they have eaten in between courses and give feedback via a spoke’s person on the table. The winner from each course will go before our judges to give the final verdict, the criteria the chefs will be looking for are team work, time management, representation of the dish, creativity, team work and taste.
Why not turn up the heat and add on a cookery themed scavenger or treasure hunt, we can write a bespoke treasure hunt for the location, teams will have to source ingredients and equipment before the cookery activity and incorporate it into a 1 or 2 day team building activity.
