I cannot recommend Hartley's Events more highly. They ran a fantastic bespoke cookery event for our leadership team back in April, and we were all extremely impressed by their professionalism, adaptability to our needs and excellent facilitation. The session ran seamlessly and was thoroughly enjoyed by all!

We had a fabulous time on our "Bakeoff" - Kate and her team were really easy to work with, they created a great event for us. Feedback from our team was that they had a fun time, they had a chance to work together, there was the "frisson" on competition, and people are still talking about it 6 months later. Thank you. (ps, and the cakes and scones were delish).

We have used Hartleys multiple times now and have loved it every time! The team are super organised meaning you don't need to worry about anything on the day, and they are great at keeping the team engaged. Great for team bonding activities and we will continue to use them in the future 🙂

My company recently had an event organised by Hartley's Events, everyone absolutely loved it. From the very first email exchange and phone call, Kate has been so incredibly helpful, always looking out for what we needed and most importantly ensuring it was delivered.We did the Gingerbread house making, which the team were so excited about as they'd done a Bake-Off challenge in the past.When we arrived, everything was set up, it decorated and was really christmassy...that definitely helped get people in the spirit!The supporting team on the day were so attentive, taking time to explain what to do, bringing laughs and most importantly a fun environment.The team and I are so grateful for the event, the care and attention we were given. We worked with Hartleys event for an event in Loch Lomond and it was brilliant. Right from when we first engaged with them they were friendly, knowledgeable and open to working with us to make a truly tailor made experience for our clients. On the day of the event it was clear they had a very slick and professional service as all their crew were fun, friendly and efficient with set up. The activity itself was wonderful; the energy and engagement that the Hartleys team was able to generate with the activities was excellent and all the delegates were excited and invested in what they were doing. We worked with Hartleys to donate left over bakes and food to a local homeless charity which was greatly appreciated. We wouldn’t hesitate to work with Hartleys again!

We where in need of a charismatic chef for a series of complicated events. This was a challenging brief with a variety of timing complications and ambitious engagement requirements. Speaking on behalf of 35 staff members, I can happily say that Hartley's events provided a 5 star service from quoting, to booking to delivery! The whole of our company had a fantastic time doing the 'Team Tapas'. Paul helped bring a funny, yet competitive element to our team build and made the event really enjoyable.The whole of the team worked really hard to make the event specific to our needs and pulled it off brilliantly. We are delighted to learn that they offer many more team build events and will certainly be booking in again!

I contacted Kate to help me organise two recognition/celebration events for some colleagues.Kate was super quick to respond to my initial enquiry and was so helpful and attentive to my requests, needs and also importantly budget.Kate organised our events to be held in a beautiful setting and we couldn't have asked for better weather!The day itself was amazing. We organized a team building event (Chocolate making class) for my company with Hartley at the beginning of December 2021 and it was such a gorgeous experience!Kate and her staff were so supportive and available to meet our needs, arranging the event on our company platform and managing all possible tech issues.Most important: the event was planned for a large group of more than 70 people from different countries in the EU and we also had a couple of attendees from Canada. Each one of us received the chocolate box ahead of the event, with no delay or customs issues.The event itself was fantastic, our chef Paul was super friendly and engaging, he made everything easy for us and our chocolate creations were simply delicious!This was definitely the best virtual team event we had so far!
