Sarah has worked for Hartley's Events since 2009 and is our ‘chocolatier extraordinaire’. With a passion for the sweeter side of food whilst training to be a chef, it became very apparent that Sarah had a flair and gift for desserts. This led on to further training and she became a qualified Patisserie Chef, Baker and Confectioner. Initially he rebelled against his father but was later persuaded and enrolled on a professional Chef course at Bath College. From running hotel chains, to fine dining restaurants and bistro pubs Pauls career has been rewarding and varied. Shortly after opening his first pub it was voted Best Free House in the Midlands and came third in Great Britain for it's food.
