This session includes a practical demonstration in which we encourage guests to get involved.

Event Outline

Guests taste the finest single origin chocolate from around the world, they will discover how to appreciate chocolate to its full, learning about the snap, aroma, and the after mouth.  We will include bars from around the world such as Venezuela, Papua New Guinea, Peru and St Lucia, using cocoa varieties such as Criollo,Trinitario and Forestero.  We will also have a bit of fun tasting chocolate infusions such as geranium nd dark chocolate, white chocolate and olive, milk chocolate and coriander to name a few.

Marc De Champagne Ganache and Gold Leaf topping

Watch a professional truffle making demonstration from our experienced chocolatier, we will begin by showing you how to make a Marc de Champagne ganache followed by rolling and dipping in hand tempered chocolate (included in the demonstration) then topping with gold leaf for that extra bit of extravagance, we will also bring some additional toppings such as chocolate shavings and nuts.

Luxury Gift Wrapping

Guests then pipe, dip, and decorate some luxury truffles using their new found skills, this is the perfect event if you want to get your guests talking and interacting with each other.
