This is one of our most popular cookery team building events, we will have your teams literally up to their elbows in this hands-on chocolate challenge. Each team will not only have to make and brand a box from the raw materials but also complete a manufacturing order of over 100 chocolates per team (based on a team of 8) so there is plenty to take home. (making it home is a different matter).

Our innovative chocolatiers will bring chocolate moulds cocoa butter transfer sheets, toppings and colours, granite slabs bowls spatulas, tempering equipment, packaging supplies and professional chocolatiers to inspire the teams.

An extremely fun, creative and very, very chocolaty activity. Each team will have to assemble, brand and name their new rollercoaster made entirely out of chocolate. Structures must be free standing with a special feature and a poster to complete their challenge, we will provide sugar icing to make the carriages (and riders if you’re good enough!)

Perfect for networking events or to treat your team, enjoy an indulgent afternoon with one of our experienced chocolatiers learning the art of making and correctly tasting chocolate, to include a fascinating talk about the cocoa bean, its origins, history, and how it becomes a chocolate bar from a bean. This session includes a practical demonstration in which we encourage guests to get involved.

Enjoy a relaxing hands on class with one of our Hartleys chocolatiers, we will wow your guests and teach them to make their own chocolate Easter eggs with some yummy truffles to go inside! Guests can expect to learn how to temper chocolates make ganaches and take home a showstopping egg for Easter day. We can run this with a competitive side if so desired getting teams to make chocolate eggs to sell at company offices and donating proceeds to charity!
